Delivery Policy

How we prepare, dispatch and deliver programmed NFC and QR products across the UK.

1. Delivery area

Online checkout is currently available for United Kingdom delivery addresses. Multi-location and international requirements must be agreed by quotation before payment.

2. Preparation and dispatch

Products normally require programming and testing before dispatch. Standard orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after we receive cleared payment and all required destination links or instructions. Bespoke, branded, bulk and multi-location orders may take longer; we will confirm the expected schedule.

3. Delivery times

Standard UK delivery is normally expected within 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service. Unless another date is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

4. Charges and routing

Any delivery charge is shown before payment or included in your quotation. Multi-location orders may be delivered to one central address, separately to each site or through an agreed mixed route. Additional costs for individual-site delivery will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

5. Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please check the delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. If an order is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete or delivery was repeatedly refused or missed, we may charge the reasonable cost of redelivery.

6. Delays, loss and damage

If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email sfcgq@proton.me with your order details. For damage, include photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law, which may include replacement or refund.

7. Risk

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods passes when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominated to receive them. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
